Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms are used in these Terms with the meanings described below:

• "Platform" refers to the creickex website (creickex.cam) and all associated services, applications, and features.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user on creickex.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free spins, or other benefits offered by creickex from time to time.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited into a user's account that can be used for betting and gaming.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Each user may open only one account. If two or more accounts belonging to the same person are found, both accounts may be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing withdrawals, or at any time, we may request the following documents for identity verification (KYC):

• A clear copy of a National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).

Withdrawals or deposits above a certain amount may be held until KYC is completed. Refusing to submit documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently closed.

3.3 Closing an Account

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (you must place bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount).
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Certain games may contribute to the wagering requirement at different rates.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within a specified period, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means or misusing the bonus system will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended. creickex reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

creickex has four VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is added to the account each week according to specific rules.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Bets that have been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In the event of incorrect bets or payouts due to a technical error, creickex reserves the right to make corrections.
• Game provider rules also apply and, in case of dispute, the provider's decision may be final.
• Game outcomes are determined by an encrypted Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, specific rules will apply if an event is cancelled or postponed. In cricket betting, the official match result is final. Official scorecards will be followed for all sports events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits may be set for certain games or events. creickex reserves the right to impose individual bet limits based on a user's profile and activity.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the creickex platform and may result in permanent account closure if violated:

• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abusing).
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Accessing or providing access to another person's account.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Spreading false or misleading information about creickex.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account may be closed and all balances forfeited without prior notice. Legal action may be taken where applicable.
