Learn About Us

creickex was founded with a straightforward goal — to build a world-class platform for Bangladesh's online entertainment lovers, one that runs in their own language, with their own payment methods, and in tune with their own culture. We believe a good gaming experience is not limited to variety of games alone — it is built on the combination of reliability, transparency, and user convenience.

We know that people in Bangladesh love cricket — every match of the Tigers touches the hearts of millions across this country. creickex began its journey carrying that excitement and joy. From BPL to the T20 World Cup, from IPL to football — in our sports betting section, Bangladesh's sports fans can take part in their favorite events. creickex is not just about playing; it is about becoming part of Bangladesh's sports culture.

Our mission is to give every player a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. We work with the world's leading game developers — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Ezugi — so that our platform always offers the best quality games. From slots to live casino, from crash games to fishing games — all kinds of entertainment under one roof.

Keeping Bangladeshi players' convenience in mind, we offer deposit and withdrawal through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits can start from as little as ৳100 and withdrawals are possible from ৳500. Our fastest withdrawals are completed in just 15 minutes and funds generally arrive within 2 hours. Every step of every transaction is protected by full SSL encryption.

Our customer support team is ready to assist in Bangla via live chat seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. For any problem, for any question — creickex is always by your side. Every player matters to us, and improving their experience is our goal every day.

creickex believes in responsible gaming. We want our platform to be a source of entertainment — not addiction. That is why we give players the opportunity to set their own limits and guide them toward help when needed. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
